We at Solskin hopes you love our products as much as we love making them & hope you never need to return or exchange. At the same time, we will work with you to provide the best possible solution for your needs. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, our team starts working on it immediately – hence we have a no cancellation policy.
Returns & Exchange Policy
- We take utmost care in making sure you receive our products in its optimal state. However, if you feel your order has been damaged during transit, please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving the order on orders@solskincorp.com (attach pictures if possible). We will replace your order once the damage is reviewed, if it was from our side.
- Any other reasons for return or exchange would be handles on a case to case basis.
Following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Any item which has been used
- Products with tampered or missing seal
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered
- Orders dropped at your location but not received by you
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to India only. However, if you live abroad and have friends and family in India who can send the products to you, we can ship to them.
